Presidents and directors from Atlético and Madrid held the traditional pre-match lunch ahead of this evening's derby. Cerezo: "Madrid have a great team and a great coach".

Enrique Cerezo and Florentino Pérez were joined by directors and executives in the traditional, pre-match directors' lunch on Saturday afternoon - a chance for both presidents to catch up ahead of tonight's Madrid derby. As usual, the Real Madrid president declined to answer any questions from reporters waiting outside of the Capitán Alatriste Tavern but Cerezo did attend the media, saying, "To beat Madrid, you have to play well and have a little luck".
Cerezo was asked how he would feel if Mourinho fielded a side of reserve players in this evening's derby, to rest his key players for Tuesday's Champions League meeting with Borussia Dortmund. "I would imagine that they will field 11 players won't they? Or have they come with just eight players? Madrid are a great side and they play great football whoever they have out on the pitch. They also have a great coach. They want the same thing as we do - to win this match", Cerezo said.
The Atlético president was also asked about an episode involving a joke about a cryptic message written on a napkin during the recent AS prize gala (Florentino jokingly asked Casillas to pass a note to Falcao during the event, inviting him to join Madrid - a technique the president used to convince Zidane in 2000). "I'm sure both he and Madrid are more concerned about Tuesday's game against Dortmund than a napkin", Cerezo quipped.
