FANS' MESSAGES OF SUPPORT

It seems the comeback has already begun. At least, for the Real Madrid fans, who have covered the Santiago Bernabéu with motivational messages for both the players and their fellow supporters. The Bernabéu faithful believes a miracle can happen on Tuesday and fans have taken matters into their own hands with the aim of inspiring the team to what would be one of the greatest turnarounds ever seen - against Borussia Dortmund.
The Santiago Bernabéu awoke this morning covered in a sea of posters with messages calling on the club's fans to give their all in the return leg of the Champions League semi-final on Tuesday and inject their never-say-die spirit into the players – which was so characteristic in the 1980s. The messages beg Real supporters to go to the stadium for the game against Dortmund dressed in white, in order to create an inspiring wave of support from the stands.
The posters also encourage fans to take their club scarves, to cheer on the players throughout the game and to make it difficult for the opposition when on the ball. The aim is to create a sensational atmosphere in the stadium, just like on many great European nights for 'Los Blancos' as they bid to reach the Wembley final.
The fans' criticism at Munster airport after the first leg aside, the club's supporters know full well that they must be united to help the team turn around the 4-1 deficit from the match in Germany.
Social networks and internet forums have been rife with requests for the club to allow fans into the training session on Monday at the Bernabéu, so that they can voice their support one last time before Tuesday's showdown.
