Míchel Salgado is one of the most charismatic characters ever to don the Real Madrid shirt. The former 'Los Blancos' right-back discussed the latest goings-on at the club in an interview with Russian newspaper 'Sport Express'.
"I don't think Mourinho has a rift specifically with Casillas, but rather with the whole dressing room. I think the coach needs to make the first move and hold a meeting with everyone to discuss the situation and clear the air", he stated.
Salgado also believes Real shouldn't give up on the league title: "There are still four months to go: the season isn't lost yet. There is still enough leeway to get things back on track".
The former Real Madrid, Celta de Vigo and Blackburn Rovers defender also revealed his aim to get back into football as soon as possible: "I'll be back as a coach very soon".
